This last course of the program becomes a capstone course building on the entire program and explores the what and the how of leadership, succession, development, and renewal. This course will take students into: (a) new insights into how to apply scripture to organizational leadership, (b) organizational lifecycles, as well as (c) new avenues for leadership development - spiritual, mental, and physical. In addition to course outcomes, a final outcome of this course will be an integrative paper that allows students to tie together all of the nine courses. This paper takes the place of comprehensive exams in traditional Ph.D. programs, thus there is significant emphasis on the thoroughness and depth in the paper.
