Provides students with an understanding of global issues, cross-cultural concepts focusing on people groups, values, cultures, and how to build teams of diverse people while respecting local values and maintaining unity of focus and accomplishment. Students will conduct regional assessments as well as comparative cultural studies of different ethnic people groups from around the world. The focus of this course is to understand and respect diversity and how to adapt an organization's best practices to local customs and culture.
