Examines the history of leadership theory and research to understand the pattern of exploration and to develop a sense of where the study of leadership may go in the future. In addition, students examine the relationship between the leader and follower and will become familiar with the concepts of leader-follower development, mentoring, and discipling within a framework of the leader in relation to self, others, and God.
