Students explore non-traditional research methods and determine the future viability of the emergent tools and methods. In addition, students facilitate dialogue for first year Ph.D. students with the guidance of CLS professors. The focus of the teaching is to help the student better understand the role of the doctor as teacher and mentor. Finally, the student conducts qualitative research to determine what followers want from a leader.
